Return and Refund Policy

At B&E Designs, every DTF transfer and gang sheet is printed specifically for your order. Please review your artwork, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Because our DTF transfers and custom gang sheets are personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, submitting incorrect artwork, or no longer needing the order.

Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Printing Errors and Defective Products

If B&E Designs makes a verified printing or fulfillment error, we will review the issue and may provide a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Eligible issues may include:

  • Receiving the wrong product

  • Receiving an incorrect quantity

  • A verified printing mistake made by B&E Designs

  • Transfers arriving damaged or unusable

  • Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the transfers and packaging.

Issues Not Eligible for Refund or Reprint

B&E Designs is not responsible for problems caused by:

  • Low-quality, blurry, or pixelated artwork

  • Incorrect spelling, sizing, colors, or layout in the submitted file

  • Artwork submitted with an unwanted background

  • Minor differences between screen colors and printed colors

  • Incorrect heat, pressure, pressing time, or peeling

  • Applying transfers to unsuitable or heat-sensitive materials

  • Washing or caring for garments incorrectly

  • Customer damage after delivery

  • Changing your mind after ordering

Customers are responsible for submitting complete, print-ready PNG files with transparent backgrounds.

Application Problems

Always test one transfer before pressing an entire order. If the first transfer does not apply correctly, stop and contact us before using the remaining transfers.

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for transfers damaged by incorrect application. Please follow our DTF Heat Press Instructions carefully.

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders can only be canceled if artwork preparation and printing have not started.

Any completed design, editing, or $25 gang sheet setup fee is non-refundable once that service has begun.

Shipping Problems

If your order arrives damaged, keep the original packaging and contact us within 7 calendar days with clear photos.

If tracking shows a delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can review the shipment and available carrier options. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because an incorrect address was provided.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from a B&E Designs error or is otherwise required by law.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
