These Terms of Service govern your use of the B&E Designs website and your purchase of our DTF transfers, custom gang sheets, artwork services, and related products. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate business, security, fraud-prevention, intellectual-property, or legal reasons.

2. Products and Services

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, and pricing accurately. However, colors may appear differently on various screens and may vary slightly in the final printed transfer.

Product availability, pricing, promotions, and services may change without notice. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

3. Orders and Payment

Payment is required before printing begins. By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, product, size, quantity, and artwork information is complete and accurate.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you if additional information, corrected artwork, or payment verification is required.

4. Customer Artwork

All artwork must be submitted as a print-ready PNG file with a transparent background. Customers are responsible for checking:

• Image quality and resolution

• Design size and placement

• Spelling and wording

• Colors and layout

• Transparent backgrounds

• Gang sheet dimensions and spacing

B&E Designs prints artwork according to the file and specifications submitted. We are not responsible for errors already present in customer-provided artwork.

Background removal, resizing, image cleanup, design corrections, and gang sheet arrangement are not included unless purchased separately. Gang sheet setup is available for an additional $25 fee when offered.

5. Artwork Ownership and Permission

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You may not submit copyrighted, trademarked, unlawful, harmful, or infringing material without authorization.

You grant B&E Designs permission to use the submitted artwork only as reasonably necessary to review, prepare, print, fulfill, and support your order. We may refuse artwork that may violate another party’s rights or applicable law.

6. Production and Cancellations

Production may begin shortly after payment and receipt of acceptable artwork. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once artwork preparation or printing begins, an order cannot be changed or canceled. Completed design, editing, and setup fees are non-refundable once the service has started.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or communicated before shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address errors, and other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because an incorrect address was provided.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

Because DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom-made products, all sales are generally final. Verified printing errors, damaged products, missing items, or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund.

Problems must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Full details are available in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Transfer Application

Customers are responsible for using suitable garments, equipment, temperature, time, pressure, peeling, and washing methods. Always test one transfer before pressing an entire order.

B&E Designs is not responsible for transfers damaged through incorrect application, unsuitable fabrics, washing, or garment care. Review our DTF Heat Press Instructions before applying transfers.

10. Website Use

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, or misuse our website or its content. You may not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, collect customer information, or use the website to violate another person’s rights.

Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, and original materials belong to B&E Designs or their respective licensors.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, or marketing services. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. B&E Designs is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and quality products. Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B&E Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from website use, customer artwork, transfer application, or third-party services.

Where permitted, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of these terms, misuse of the website, or submission of artwork that infringes another party’s rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Mississippi and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal obligations. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
